What happens when we CHOOSE to do it instead of DOING IT ?

Blake and Eli are another amazing couple that helped me during my process of getting my video done for my website. This Portrait Session of this beautiful Couple was Perfection. These two are such an incredible couple, I seriously could take pictures of them for hours!
Blake is my niece. She has changed so much mentally and physically, I couldn't stop smiling with excitement for her and her progress as well as Eli's.
What's funny to me; is when we THINK we know someone, and we really don't . Blake and Eli surprised me with their transformation with themselves spiritually and physically.
I asked Blake to tell me what they did. What was their thought process and journey during this young married adventure.
Blake responded with these remarks;
" One of the greatest things that helped us build a strong connection and good communication was learning each other's love languages. Showing support and helping motivate each other also plays a big role in our relationship. When we started our weight loss journey we knew it would be difficult with all the changes we were about to make. We are both good at very different things, but we use that as an opportunity to work together. Eli is always making healthy meals, while I push us to be more active. With each other's help we were able to lose over 100 lbs !!! In our five years together, our greatest adventure was when we had the opportunity to travel to Asia. Being able to deal with the obstacles of being in another country together brought us closer than ever. Taking time off from work and spending our time together abroad gave us the chance to enjoy life and be grateful that we found each other in this gigantic world. "
We all can do and accomplish great things like Blake and Eli did. We can't just DO it.... we need to CHOOSE to do it!!!
Think about it; if we DO something, are we putting THOUGHT and DEDICATION into that particular task? I don't think so. I think we are just doing the motions instead of the FEELINGS WITH THE MOTIONS. When we CHOOSE to do something, we have planned it out, we have put thought into it, we are giving it our all and are setting guide lines and goals to accomplish what we need to do. We have just invested our emotions into it. So then when we DO it, it has more meaning because we CHOOSE to do it.
Blake and Eli didn't just DO IT; they CHOOSE to do it. They choose as a COUPLE... TOGETHER to SUCCEED TO THE END and accomplish GREAT things!
Let us re-direct our mind set and CHOOSE to accomplish great things instead of just DOING THEM.
